My wife and I have eaten at the Royal Oak several times on our trips to Lake Arrowhead. Food is always delicious and reasonably priced. Try it!! |

My wife and I both ordered the same dish, and the chef used herbs and spices that seriously detracted from the taste of the underlying food. Not bad, but the chef needs to experiment less in the kitchen. Prices place this in Chateau Gourmet territory, and CG makes much better food. |
