Discriminates against women?	Sep 4th, 2005
I've had absolutely wonderful meals at this restaurant when I dine there with my grown son (and I'm the one doing the paying!). Dining there as a woman alone, however, has been quite disappointing. I'm always seated by the bathroom, even if the restaurant is 90% empty. Just yesterday I was served a wilted salad, topped with 5 small strips of steak, 3 of which were 75% fat and gristle (VERY different from the divine steak salad I'd had with my son). When I complained to the waitress, she replied, "that's just the way steaks are." Well, it wasn't a steak! It was a pricey steak salad containing very little meat and one might expect that meat to be edible!
