Food: Steamed lobster was tough. Baked potato and wine were fine.
Service: Had to ask the host if I had a waiter after waiting 20 minutes. Excellent after that.
Ambiance: Nice.
Overall: Way overpriced. A steamed lobster, baked potato, and two glasses of wine came to over $100.00. |

Certainly one of Jacksonville's prized steak house venues. I have never had a bad meal at Ruth's Chris and I have had the occasion to eat there several times. Often a restaurant in a hotel is somewhat disappointing, but, that shouldn't be a problem here. The portions are substantial, the food is served hot and tempting with all the trimings. It's a little pricey, but, if you're hungry and in the mood for a relaxed meal and excellent service, you will probably be well pleased. Gentleman are requested to wear a coat. |
