My wife and I went to the Greenwood location the other evening and we received the worst service ever. We had reservations at 7:15 for a booth and when we were seated the manager tryed to sit us at a regular table and when we reminded him he acted like it upset him! Then when we finally got seated we didn't have a waitress at our table for 15 minutes after we were seated. Our drinks didn't come for another 10 minutes and our dinners were not served until 1 hour after our seating. My wife requested that her filet be butterflyed, of course it wasn't, and we sat the whole evening waiting on our server. I have always enjoyed the food from this location but service this poor will make anyone take their buisness elsewhere. |

On Wednesday I had the worst meal I have ever had at the Greenwood, IN restaurant. My onion was chewy, our drinks were not kept full, the broccoli was brown, the potato soup was awful, and the rice was very sticky and over cooked. I asked for more rice and was told all the Rice was like that. I was never offered a refund or credit just told I am sorry. The table right next to me also had a very poor meal. Their lettuce was brown and their meat was raw. When they asked to speak with the manager the customer was rude but, the manager was even ruder. So, I felt I should say something to someone but not him. I asked for the corp. number and was given a fax number. The manager asked why I wanted it and I said I would rather speak with someone who was more professional not him because of his awful behavior. I understand that the customer was rude but it was his job to be better than that. I will return to the restaurant but, I do not believe it will be anytime soon! I truely hope someone takes care of this! |

I took my wife out for dinner last night to a Cattle Company that we usually don't go to but this was closer to our son's college game than the normal we go to. We ordered N.Y. Strip W/Coconut shrimp. First of all, the steak did not taste like a strip, second, it had more grissle and fat than any steak I have ever had! It was a shame that there was a big differnce between two cattle company restaurants. |

I have been a fairly regular customer of Cattle Company for several years and have always had excellent service and food. Last evening my wife and I decided that we would sit at the bar and have dinner due to the nearly hour wait. We ordered our drinks and asked to order dinner. The waitress brought menus and began to take our order. Before we could complete our order a woman, whom I assumed was a manager, informed the waitress (in front of us) that she could not serve us dinner here. We would have to wait like everyone else.
Needless to say, we were a little upset. We cashed out our drinks and promptly left the restaurant.
My problem with the situation is the manner in which it was handled. Had we known up front that we could not order dinner at the bar we would have happily waited and eaten dinner when we were seated. However, that did not happen. I feel that since the waitress had already commited to taking our order the proper thing would have been to serve us and inform the waitress of her mistake after we had left. We informed the "manager of our disgust and her reply was, "everyone else has to wait". and then she proceeded to her office.
Needless to say, that was our last dining experience with this restaurant.
It saddens me to think that the manager doesn't even care that her stupidity cost her a loyal customer. |

This was the best meal I have eaten in a long time, the service was great and our waitress was very pleasant and was there when we needed her and did not bug us when we wanted some privacy.
GREAT JOB |
