An historic inn at the harbor's edge, with water views. There are three dining areas, with outdoor dining in season. Special events may be held in the restaurant, on the deck, or on the grounds.
The inn also offers lodging. Guests must be over 18.

View was the only redeeming quality. Service and attitude of personnel quite lacking.
Owners were uncooperative when it came to an anniversary party, too many people to be cramped in and we wanted a different table. Food was a disappointment. Go elsewhere. |

The Red Inn is located in Provincetown. The Red Inn has an excellent selection of foods. The weekend brunch is superb and affordable. The seafood is fantastic. I had Thanksgiving Dinner at the Inn with my family and everything was perfect. We were not rushed and were able to have a good family conversation |

Without a doubt, the best of Provincetown...perhaps the entire Cape and Islands for that matter. Everything is done beautifully: wonderful menu focusing on local ingredients, highly professional yet unpretentious service, beautiful setting and elegant (without being stuffy) decor, roaring fireplaces (in fall, winter and spring), robust wine list...all in all one of the nicest restaurant experiences one could hope to have, especially in a town full of overrated restaurants! Treat yourself! |

These folks do it right. Atmosphere, service, food quality, and one of the most breathtaking settings on the Cape. A true gem of a find. The accommodations are absolutely lovely with amazing views, very tastefully appointed and with every amenity, even room service from the fabulous restaurant. A real treat not easily found in P-town or on the rest of Cape Cod and the Islands, for that matter! |

This place is wonderful, not only is it hard to find restaurants on the water, but with good food to boot? Highly recommended by myself and family and several friends. The waiters are adorable in crisp white shirts and blue jeans, casual yet elegant. A great place to be on a summer evening |

My husband and I have gone two Thanksgivings in a row to the Red Inn for dinner, both times the atmosphere has been wonderful, the food and service superb, and the decorations lovely. We will be going back again this year, and hope to make it a new family tradition for years to come.
Although we have never stayed in the rooms, the innkeepers seem very friendly, and the Inn's location on Commercial Street is within easy walking distance to the main part of town. It also has tremendous views of the ocean from the rooms and from the dining hall. |
