We enjoy dining at Timber Lodge. We like everything we've eaten there. It is very good, except for one major problem - things are TOO salty! Examples: last night we had the clam chowder; it was excellent, but way too salty. And we had the "Woodhouse Chops" (two nice porkchops). They, too were excellent, but way too salty. Sodium kills people (because it endangers blood pressure)! It is easy to add salt if a diner wants to, but I don't know how to take out the salt. |
