For years the only place to eat was Texas Red's. Red River finally has a another Restaurant worth going to. The Timbers Restaurant does an outstanding job. Their food in fresh and prepared perfectly. I highly recommend this restaurant. |

Horrible service and horrible food. They have a wine list but no one could talk to us about the wine. We ordered 3 steaks all medium; one came out medium rare the other two burnt to a crisp. The garlic mashed potatoes had crunchy garlic and you couldn't even eat them. Finally their idea of blackened fish is to spice it so that you can't even eat it. And they called this New Mexico blackened - give me a break, we are from Texas. Don't waste your money like we did. |

What happened to a 2-min check by a server? We sat almost the entire meal without a refill on coffee/water and items missing from the original order, and the server was nowhere to be found. We had an outdated item (prepackaged) with our order which was unsightly and when later brought to the attention of the server (of course, after the meal was completed), she failed to take it away and just said "oh no". Food was okay, but they must work on their service. |
