Dined at Al's Oasis this evening with my daughter and two words come to mind in writing a review: TOURIST TRAP. The prices are outrageous! Who in the world charges $8 for a hamburger? The 8 oz sirloin steak I had with just a baked potato was $20 and it was absolutely awful. The service was poor, the lady at the register argumentative and rude when I complained, and the overall atmosphere was abominable. Seating is at "bench tables" like in the Army, so there is no privacy when dining. Like eating at a dude ranch or a crappy summer camp straight out of "Leave It to Beaver". |
