Simon's, one of two restaurants, features excellent Yuppie Cuisine, a delightful dining room, prices as high as nearby Park City. Sunday buffet is pretty deal, with excellent food. Lamb was overcooked. Small outdoor patio is well protected from the wind. Restaurants overlook golf course, valley, mountains, and duck pond. Hummingbirds nest in trees overhead.
