Great meal. Great Value	Aug 30th, 2004
This may not have been our best meal in Moab (that was the Desert Bistro!) but it was definately the best value and came darn close to the Bistro for half the money. The buffalo meat loaf was great. The elk stew was good, but a little chewy in places. The smoked trout slaw was fabulous and the grand marnier creme brule was superb. Our waitress was efficient and polite- there when you wanted her without hovering. If you're in Moab, this is a really good place to get a meal. If I didn't live in NJ it'd be my "regular" friday night out place.
