Eclectic restaurant with an interesting choice of foods. Can order small plates or larger plates for those hungry days. "A cut above." Host a formal dining room. For entertainment there is a seperate pool room for guest.

Magnolia's in my opinion has the best steaks in town! Their Magnolia special marinated steak is fantastic. They have others that are just as good! They even have a giant 52 oz steak! OMG!
The service is great and the prices are reasonable! I highly recommend the place. [05 Mar 2004 19:19:07] |

This is a great restaurant to visit when you aren't sure quite what you want or how dressed up to get. Sport coat and casual khakis are equally at home here. The food is exceptional. Walnut crusted rockfish, zing chicken with mango sauce and herbed farmer's cheese chicken are among the great entrees I've had. The brisket is a perennial favorite. Be sure not to miss the great vegetable side dishes like garlic mashed potatoes, green beans, and caraway carrots. This may be the only restaurant where my family asks for extra servings of vegetables and fights over who gets them.
<P>While I would not describe this as a family restaurant like a Bob Evans or a pizza place, I have been very comfortable taking my children and the servers have been very gracious towards them. |
