My Wife and I went into the lounge last night and experienced a dreadful dinner.. The one waitress yes "one" was lousy. My wife ordered the turkey melt without tomatoes and it came out with tomatoes after a 40 minute wait.. We said we had ordered it without tomatoes and she agreed we did and claimed it to be her mistake. Not less then a minute later the turkey melt was back with the tomatoes flick off, you could still see the red goop on the bread, and seeds left too, we again pointed this out and she said oh, and ran off to help other patrons. I then was so upset I asked for a manager and she was not available, I asked why did she just flick off the tomatoes, and she answered that is what they usually do, and I said oh really, don't you think that is wrong? And she explained that she had only worked at the Buzz inn and thought it was OK, and the Cashier up front basically gave me the deer in the headlights look... This place and typical of all Buzz Inn restaurants is a piece of shit, I would not even trust a clean glass in that place, never the less the cook was some greasy looking biker dude that probably has jock itch or something similar, gross... Stay away by all means, the Ivar's is now back open, I would suggest going there. Thank you |
