Altitude is a great resturaunt with exceptional beer and wonderful food. The service at Altitude is a step above the rest of Laramie's resturaunts. Karen, the owner, will go out of her way to ensure that all needs are met and that the food is always the finest in Laramie. Great drinks, great food, great service, great place! |

A little loud, but it is a brewery. Fabulous beer, great service, excellent food. From pub fare (burgers, pizza, and of couse fish 'n chips) to the salmon, steak, or sushi this place is great. A perfect place to meet friends. |

Laramie's other brewpub, The Library, still holds the bar too high for this newcomer. Maybe down the road they will get it together, but for now stay clear. |

When Altitude includes live Jazz with their already pleasant atmosphere, it makes a wonderful evening with a date or friends that much better. Great food and amazing beer. |

Having moved away from the area, Altitude's is one of the few things I miss about Laramie. The food was always wonderful, and the beer was great. The ambiance is top-notch. I would definitely recommend a stop here if you're in Laramie. As a disclaimer, it's been about a year since I ate there last, so they may have changed chefs. |

On the surface Altitude seemed like just what Laramie needed. A brewery with a nice restaurant. Unfortunately, it has lousy food like most of restaurants in Laramie. As there are few restaurants to choose from, I have eaten there at least 20 times, only 1-2 times having something that is acutally average. They do okay with the traditional bar food (e.g., burgers, fries, apps, etc.) but have a hard time cooking burgers anything but totally black (they do get it right on occassion). Much of the fish/steak is over-cooked as well. The prices are way above-average for the quality of the food and the beers are marginal at best. Stick with the wheat and you might be okay. I have to say it definitely varies, one time you might be surprised with how "not terrible" something is, but then you get a bad meal again. |
